Quotes and estimates

Prices, availability and response times described on this site are indicative. A binding price exists only in a written quote issued for your specific job. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and assume normal access and conditions. Concealed conditions discovered during work — undocumented wiring, structural obstructions, code deficiencies — may require a revised quote, which we will provide before continuing.

Bookings and cancellation

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with reasonable notice. A call-out charge may apply where a crew is dispatched and cannot access the site or work is cancelled on arrival.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Deposits may be required for material-heavy projects. Title to installed materials passes on full payment. Overdue accounts may accrue interest at the rate shown on the invoice.

Customer-supplied materials

We will install equipment you supply provided it is certified for use in Canada and suitable for the application. Our warranty then covers our labour only, and we accept no responsibility for defects in that equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability arising from work performed is governed by the written quote, our workmanship warranty and our liability insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or spoiled goods, except where imposed by law.

Text, layout and images on this site are ours and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.
